SKYTEAM, are we on quite the same wavelength? Purolator, as in the Canadian courier company that contracts its flight operations to Kelowna Flightcraft???
I believe Purolator has designated Hamilton, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver (and I also think theres Montreal and probably one in the maritimes) as "hubs" although I believe they sometimes use the term loosely to refer to air-to-ground transfers as well.

To AC183:
Purolator is also located at the Ottawa Airport, (YOW).
Aren't they owned by Canada Post?? I believe, they are ONLY in operation in Canada. I believe the US ops
of the company were sold off years ago to Canada Post.
I also think they were part of the Purolator Group which
at one time produced oil filters for automotive use, and
other products????
I could be wrong...????

They are 90% owned by Canada Post and 10% owned by KF(Kelowna Flightkraft) KF does all there maintinence most of it being at YHM the main HUB just South of Toronto likly the flights at YOW Have just come from YHM next time you are at YOW and see one write down its registration number and I will compare them with ones at I regularly see st YHM.
I wish they would serve the US meas more flights for YHM they should also get some wide bodies. like A310 or something would be sweet.
Where will you spend eternity? He,s more real then you think!!!!!

TO fly_YHM:
hI........the 727's are based here at Ottawa every day.
They usually depart Mon-Fri between 8:30-9:00pm.
The registrations I've seen match any of the 727's that
you can find from Kelowna Flightcraft's fleet.
Off hand, I don't have the reg's handy, but a different
727 comes in once in a while. They are fully painted and lettered in PUROLATOR markings, and paint.
They usually tie up on the east side of the Nav-Canada
hangar.

I believe Purolator used to be partly held by Air Canada, at least at one time. Also, they do have some US operations in to Canada, but I'm not sure who they link up with. Also, as to YOW, I'm not sure Purolator has designated it as a "hub," but maybe.
C-fyow, you recall that thread you posted about Dash7/Dash8's at YTZ... Airtransit, City Express?... did you see the last post I put on there about that, I was left wondering if you did as I had found some more info on the history of that operation... unfortunately I can't seem to find it in the archives anymore...
