How Could This Happen?

Landing gear was retracted by accident on this 767 whilst it was being loaded.

There must be a fail safe on the aircraft to stop this happening.

One would think that would be logical.

What impresses me is even with the weight of the aircraft on the landing gear they were still able to retract! Ahh the power of Hydrolics.
