My best guess is its just for illustration... there's also a cabin shot showing a (LOT Polish?) standard Economy cabin - there won't be one of them in the bandit!

Yes, that is true. This aircraft was original order by Hawaiian Airlines (I don't know , if direct or through a leasing company) and was suppose be delivered to HA as N595HA. But the delivery was cancelled due to financial troubles of HA.
