OK, so there seems to be patterns on some, while others are just random days of the week. If it is a charter, does anybody know what/who/why is doing this?
I understand the Cuba flights as they can be nothing else but charter, but the PUJ and CUN flights are interesting as there already is scheduled service.

The MIA service is a result of some long term charter contracts. One is to Cuba and the other for flights to Punta Cana and Cancun mostly. The latter is also being operated out of San Juan.

Yea I was thinking the same thing, the past two times I have been to MIA one time to ORD around June 10th and another time to DCA about a week ago I saw a ATA 738 taxing to the runway.
