let's discuss the image of different airlines. But please not in that way: "I don't like XY...." or "I like XY better than YX"." Give a good reason why in your opinion the airline has a good image. Not concerning the painting of the aircraft, seatpitch, PTVs, but some habits or services ( e.g. homepage,) I think SR and LH really have a good homepage, a lot of information concerning timetable, fleet, destination, additional information, video, by the way, u should check this out:

I think of something which is really special besides the normal aircraft-things....
I think ANA also has a good homepage,
