OAK Terminal Closed

Just heard on CNN, that Terminal 1 of OAK closed because a man started talking trash. More info soon.

Edit: CNN added it was a man running up an exit ramp yelling threats.

Edit 2: Now all terminal 1 and 2 are closed. The man has not been found.

And so the paranoia of terrorism still haunts the everyday lives of American travellers..

T1 was where it happened, T2 was evacuated as an additional security measure..

All is over and done with..

OAKLAND, Calif., Jul., 10, 2007 - Officials at Oakland International Airport are downplaying reports of a security breach at the airport.

A spokesman for the Transportation Security Administration says a passenger walked up an exit lane, but there was no security breach. A spokesman for the Alameda County Sheriff's Department says a passenger slipped by the TSA working in the terminal, but says the terminal was not evacuated.
