A good picture is worth a thousand words , or so they say.
The thread about Carson vs Leahy comments about reckless flying has disappeared through a glitch, so I decided to let people judge by themselves.
The title of the film could be : "the giant that makes its own cloud" as Bernard Chabbert, MC of the show claimed. !
Enjoy !
(That demo was done on the friday schedule...The weather was rather grim, but made some spectacular condensation effects ).

Very cool, thanks for sharing! Must have been great to have been in Paris to watch it flying.
One question, the video clip says the length was 4:52 but it stopped at 4:18. What happened to the last 34 seconds?

Aloha,
HALFA

Outrageous! Reckless! A danger to all the small children in the northern Parisian suburbs!  hissyfit

Thanks for the link. The interplay with the clouds is amusing.  fluffy

It was great fun watching the flight display that afternoon. I'm researching the Spartan demo. I know one of my friends recorded it on video but apparently it's not on the net yet.

Even with the video (thanks btw), it is hard to make any kind of a judgement. With the zoomed in video, you do not know how high the plane was flying, what its angle of attack was, how fast it was flying, etc.

Fun to watch anyway.
