Dear members,

Mainly a thread because I'm totally lost hehe.... Is there any bus shuttle from STN to LHR at reasonable cost? Because I need to connect between those two tomorrow afternoon, and considering time it would easily be possible to take the train from STN to London and then the tube to LHR, but it seems soooo inconvenient, and for sure not cheap.

Any chances? Other than that, other possibilities?

Thanks A LOT!

I'm slightly disapointed - when I read the heading of this thread I thought that an airline was proposing flights between the two - if it was FR I wonder if they'd still try and sell you stuff Big grin

Yeah, the shuttle you are looking for is the National Express Coaches. They are quite nice for the trip, washroom, A/C all that jazz. If i remember from last october correctly, it cost about 20 pounds, so its not really that cheap, but i think the train ride in and out of london is about the same if i remember correctly, and its direct and easy.

Just make sure you have plenty of time to do the transfer. I had about 6 hours in between landing at STN and departing LHR, and i made it for check in 3 hours before departure. But, that was a sunday morning with little traffic on the motorway. That motorway can become a tangeled mess from what i hear, so be sure you have plenty of time. How long have you got?
