How about BWIA?

Caracas CCS - flew for many years, stopped in 1992 (Aeropostal, United competition), restarted in 1995 (when both carriers dropped out), stopped again in 1996 (when Aeropostal returned), restarted in 1998 and continues with a daily Dash 8 and twice weekly MD83.

Frankfurt FRA - flew from 1987 onwards via Tobago/Barbados, dropped Tobago leg in 1992-3, flight stopped in 1997 but is presently being reconsidered.

Stopped altogether:
Aruba AUA in 1992
Curacao CUR in 1991
San Juan SJU in 1992
St. Kitts SKB in 1991, flew a few services there in 1999.
St. Croix in 1991
Port au Prince, Montego Bay in 1991 (flown in conjunction with Air Jamaica and stopped after unrest in Haiti)

Started:
BWee Express Dash 8 feeder services in 1999, linking POS and Barbados with Grenada, St. Lucia, Caracas and Georgetown and later St. Vincent, which became a new destination for BWIA. Most international flights via St. Lucia (save LHR services twice weekly) and all via Grenada were stopped.

Washington DC in 1999

Atlanta service to start next year.

Came and went too fast:
Sao Paulo service in 1996 - killed off after 5 months.

Domestic Services:
To Tobago - cut frequency steadily from 1990-3 (only MD83s used, uneconomic), leased Dash 8 in 1993 before handing over to Air Caribbean (2 weekly BWIA services), kicked off route entirely in 1994, appealed and restarted service in 1998 on limited basis, expanded flights in 1999, 2000. Now has monopoly as Air Caribbean collapsed this year!

Whoa...

Trintocan.

Hop to it, fly for life!
