I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me where i can find MY's annual report!

I have been looking everywhere and can't find it.

Are they obliged to published or not really? Maybe i'm just looking for something that does not exist!!

By the way, are load factors published per carrier / route on the FAA's data and statistics website?

Any comments are highly appreciated.
Thanks

Tiago

Annual Reports are done by public companies for the public. A private company may issue an annual report to it's financier's but not to the public.

Thanks. I thought that any company being traded on the stock market had to publish some sort of annual report / financials.... I should know better. Thanks anyway.

do you mean Maxjet or Midwest Airlines? Your title states Maxjet, but in your message you mention Midwest Airlines. Anyhow, to get raw annual reports, as well as quarterly report and other proxies look at www.sec.gov and in EDGAR section, click on "Search for Company Fillings".

It is good to know public company's sock symbol. Alternatively you may look via the company's investor relation section, or use finance.google.com, finance.yahoo.com or my favorite morningstar.com.

Cheers,
Andrej

Thank you very much for the information.  Smile

I mean Maxjet, which has the IATA code MY (the same as Midwest's?!)

Hello Tiago701

as mentioned earlier, MaxJet is a private company and therefore it does not have to publish its financial reports to public. They may publish some kind of Annual Report on their website, but usually they lack a lot of information commonly found in Annual Reports of public companies.

Anyways, A.net decoding tool suggests that MY code stands for Midwest Airlines, but from the Egypt and Aerotransportes Mas from Mexico and not for the Midwest Airlines from the US. Sorry for that!

Cheers,
Andrej

The best you can probably get is data from the Bureau of Transportation Statistics database B-11.

You need to select the database and then select the data elements you want including the airline name. Here is a link:

I love long German words like 'Freundschaftsbezeigungen'.
