Fares as low as 44 USD in Y and 149 USD in F for SFO/LAX-LAS runs. Transcon runs seem to be going for 149 in Y and 519-599 in F: appropriate and low fares for the service product.

I saw a VX parked driving into JFK. Pretty good advertisement for the airline. Everyone sees it, must wonder "what's that?"
Good to see they are finally moving along.

Quoting N62NA (Reply 2): Interesting schedule out of JFK to LAX:
They offer J class, likely targeting business travelers first. I guess reversed it's going to be a late morning and a red-eye.

Yeah, nothing I like more as a business traveler than waking up at 5am to get to the airport for a 7:30am flight....
Or sitting on the taxiway at JFK for 1 to 2 hours waiting in line for takeoff in the evening.
I wonder how many other business travelers to/from NYC are doing (or contemplating doing) what I do, which is schedule my arrival to NYC prior to 3pm, and make sure my flight out of NYC is before 4pm?
Oh, and they have only 8 J class seats, though the coach section looks very nice!

They started selling tickets last week.
I signed up for their "keep me informed" e-mails several weeks ago so I would know right away when tickets went on sale. I just this morning got my first such e-mail - letting me know that tickets are now on sale - A week late guys!. I found out faster here on a.net!

Quoting Spinkid (Reply 8): Am I the only one who find their web site a little weird to navigate?
At first I also found it a little bit odd, because it is pretty different than most other airline websites, however after awhile I realized how simple and easy to use their website really is. In my opinion after getting used to it, it seems much easier to use and more straight forward than most other airline websites. It could just be a case of personal preference though, I suppose.

AA and DL have matched the lowest VX Economy fares between JFK and LAX/SFO so far; AA has also matched VX's low First Class fare (as has NW even though NW offers connecting service and its fare is only available roundtrip) but DL hasn't. UA hasn't matched any of VX's fares to date.
