I saw that Frontier (F9) is hosting an all day (730a to 7p) job fair at IND for ramp agents. Their pay is much more aggressive than what NW is paying here. Is F9 looking to expand their IND ops or are they so short on people that they need such a big fair with immediate offers being made?

Indy = Indianapolis and not Independence Air

That is new to me too. I did not realized that they really need it. F9 only has 4 dailys flight to DEN and

Indianapolis to / from:
Cancún Saturday through August 12, 2007
Cancún Service seasonally discontinued from August 13, 2007 through October 12, 2007
Cancún Saturday from October 13, 2007 through December 14, 2007
Cancún Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from December 15, 2007

so bascially I do not know if F9 are planning to expand. They are currently use gate C3 at IND. Airtran currently use 3 gates at IND but also use C10 during morning rush hour. There is not enough room for F9 to expand the flights. Any information is apprecation. They may be short on ramp that why they are deseparted more of them.

Frontier ramp is currently done by Integrated Air Services, so it looks like they have decided to end that contract and work it themselves.

You are now free to be sexually harassed and then terminated for filing a complaint--Southwest Airlines to me.

Frontier has been bringing under-wing service in-house at several stations.

Better incentive? Happier staff?
