Does anyone know anything about this Krabi Airline which is rumoured to start operations from Thailand to Europe in November 2007? Will the airline ever take off?

Quoting Vadheim (Thread starter):
Krabi Airlines

The article states that they intend to fly to the US within 5 years. If so, they should reconsider their operating name since "Crabby" Airlines won't do too well with potential American or other English speaking clients.

The Krabi area is beautiful, along with Phi Phi island, but I doubt a 777 service from the airport would be viable.

..I hope people are smart enough to be able to differentiate...ie. such as Phuket Airlines....

This is their web site:

http://www.krabi-airline.com/

take a look at their goals, vision and mission...

Looking at the way their website is done and knowing how things work here I very much doubt this project will become reality. Would however be great to see a 777 at KBV!

And yes, Krabi is maybe the most beautiful area in Thailand.
