Hi,

if you have scrolled down a bit further you would have been able to read the notes. Boeings changes to the list.

So: There are 13 UFO 777 ordered within the last week. The other 22 are from earlier orders
But nonetheless a huge order for UFO. I suspect that these 13 T7s are for at least 2 different customers.

GreetZ,
Jan

so these are not all for one carrier correct? that would be a pretty massive order, i could see some of them being for DL to go along with some 787's.

...and why would they need 777-200LR's when they are reportedly one of the carriers that are extremely happy with their Airbus A340-500s. That seems odd to me.

Where on earth did you get that??? Thai is one of the airlines who is MOST disgusted with the A350-500. According to reports in 2006, their BKK-JFK was running at a loss, since they were unable to take significant payload. Also, there were unofficial reports that Thai will sell 4 A340-500s to South African.

By the way, I don't think anybody is happy with their A340-500s.

Since they are going to get rid of some A340-500's, is Thai going to use the 777-200LR to just replace old routes or are they planning on starting any new routes?
