So apparently for the last couple days, we have had what appears to be a Nav-Canada Canadair Challenger jet flying around Winnipeg. Is this some sort of ATC training/testing flight?

Notice the scale on the bottom, looks like the flight didn't get farther than 50km from the airport in about 3.5 hours of flying.
Anyone know any more info about what they would be doing? From the photos, it looks like Nav-Canada has 2 of these jets.

For years during the summer, on my MANY cycling trips out to YQL, NavCan planes flew in doing calibration... Those lil' Challengers had a lot of spunk, and it was always a treat from the DHC8's, J31's, B1900's and K100's that frequented the airport...
