Exactly. Notice he is carrying one bag, and after he trips there are two. Anyone can trip over a bag. Especially after they just puked and are not concentrating on walking and more on getting cleaned up.

Sick or drunk, if he cant walk i dont think i would want him flying the plane. Lets assume he is drunk though, (hypothetically), can he get Jail time even if he does not cause an accident or incident?

Ah,,, YES... just look at what is going on with the ASA Flight Attendent right now.......!!! plus what happened to to American West pilots a few years back when they were arrested.........and I'm sure there have been others. Now being sick is a whole other story, but no pilot in his right mind would work that sick. Again... just because he tripped doesn't make him unsafe.......

The reason was to show how easy it is to stage disturbing/funny video clips and put them online and to track how quickly they spread, or something along these lines. There was also that video with the lady trying to refuel her car, if you can remember

I have to agree. There's nothing in the first video that indicates that the pilot is drunk. However, I would still consider it disturbing if he jumped into an aircraft - feeling like that would not make him a good pilot no matter the reason.
The second video was hilarious and no doubt very funny to watch, but it has some rather serious aspects of it as well. I cannot honestly say I think it is a good thing to show drunk pilots in an airport, even if it's a prank. There are many people that are afraid of flying and those pilots, funny or not, would certainly not help. And consider the fact that there has been commercial pilots caught drunk at the gate, on the verge of risking many lives.
Still, can't stop laughing when I watch the second video.

This is true. That video of the woman trying to refuel her car even made it to another TV show of another channel showing funny internet clips. Both (the pilot and the woman) were fakes produced for TV. I saw the making-of.
