Quoting Laxintl (Thread starter): In an interesting twist to the normal Hawaii fare sale routine, this time Hawaiian Airlines has pulled the trigger by offering $25 interisland fares good thru September 30th
Surprised that Hawaiian Airlines is bowing down to such low fares. Is GO taking that many of their loyal FF'ers away? I would have thought for sure that they had a loyal enough FF base not to have to drop fares so low. Wonder what the year end financials will be like if this continues.

We don't really know who started since SA)">HA is usually the fastest one to update its website. Just because it was there 1st doesn't mean they started it.
Sure we do. SA)">HA filed(pushed out to res systems) this fare many hours prior last night before go! responded this am.
Got that a little wrong.
$25 interisland fares offered
Friday August 17, 3:14 pm ET
In the latest installment of Hawaii's air-fare wars, the three top interisland carriers are each offering one-way tickets for as low as $25, for travel Friday through Sept. 30.
go! airlines, whose parent company is Phoenix-based Mesa Air Group (Nasdaq: MESA - News), announced Thursday the Web-only fare must be purchased before 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
Hawaiian Airlines (Nasdaq: SA)">HA - News) and privately owned Aloha Airlines immediately matched the fare.
The tickets are nonrefundable, and there are restrictions for travel over the Labor Day weekend.
