There has been much criticism of LHR on Anet and in the general media this year. Delays, Congestion, Lost baggage, too many shops not enough space etc etc. Even the Mayor and the Airlines complaining against BAA the airport authority. However little is said about the opening of Terminal 5 in March 2008, will this reduce the burden on LHR's ageing terminals 1-4, will this encourage you to use LHR more instead of CDG/AMS/FRA etc?
