First Four Lynx Tail Animals Named

Frontier’s employees have long named the tails that grace their planes, and Lynx Aviation is no different. Lynx held a contest recently to name the animals gracing the new airline’s first four Q400 aircraft. Appropriately, the first Lynx critters are newborn versions of classic Frontier tail animals.

These are the first four names and the clever employees who came up with them:

Luke the lynx, named by Bryan Hallack
Wolfgang the wolf, named by Rebecca Snyder
Mickey the moose, named by Carmen Opidee
Aspen the mountain lion, named by Avel Kelly Pimenov

Big version: Width: 154 Height: 200 File size: 8kb
Baby Lynx "Luke"

Big version: Width: 154 Height: 200 File size: 9kb
Wolf Pup "Wolfgang"

Moose "Mickey"

Mountain Lion "Aspen"

That is NOT a baby moose! Or that mother moose had a hell of a birth getting them antlers out! And that mountain lion doesn't look very infantile either! What's the deal?
