What are the pass benefits on US based SkyTeam members for NWA employees, dependents, parents? Can NWA employees fly DL or CO unlimited? Is there a service charge?

Unlimited yes, but its either LOW ZED and ID96 to fly on DL and CO. It adds up just like flying another airline unless you have a station agreement with them.

NWA staff can fly unlimited for free in coach on its own metal domestically and taxes apply for international

But apparently this makes it all broad. Well back then on DL, we were allowed to use our own employee listing site and fly without a charge on some DL codeshares (South African, Air Jamaica, and Malev (years ago)) Those were a good deal.

Funny how you were not allowed any benefits with the code shared China Southern. I do not beleive any Chinese Mainland carrier has staff benefits though.

Before skyteam NW employees flew on passes at CO, it cost me at the time $12.50 to fly COS-IAH-ATL, basically paying the pax service charges.

Yes but some CO employees were audited, they were using those passes on NW (yes of course allowed, but about 15 dollars for the pass in Y class and they listed in World Business to Asia) they got in trouble when the pass slips were collected by accounting along with the business class seat assignment.
