It only connects to CO70/71 with long layovers on the return to EWR. The CO flight from IAH does not connect, however the KLM operated flight to IAH does.

CO70 -
Depart Newark: 18:50
Arrive Amsterdam: 08:15+1
Boeing 767-400ER

KL459 -
Depart Amsterdam: 10:10
Arrive Kuwait: 17:45
Arrive Muscat: 21:40
Airbus A330-200

KL460 -
Depart Muscat: 23:00
Arrive Kuwait: 00:20+1
Arrive Amsterdam: 06:05+1
Airbus A330-200

CO71 -
Depart Amsterdam: 13:25
Arrive Newark: 16:00
Boeing 767-400ER

Strange, would have imagined that COs Oilbusiness passangers would connect to this flight, when they codeshare. Well, this way KL grabs that traffic.

Most of the oil companies in Oman are from Europe, but there are some American companies of course....there will be some holiday travel and other (non-oil) business travel to the US too..... smile

That's for sure, but let's not forget, that the flight stops in Kuwait as well. In addition, there is a reason it does connect to KL's IAH flight (okay, it probably does connect to all/most of KL's US flights, but anyway)
