My sincere apologies to all ...as a new member to this site I was totally and completely unaware that this topic had been "Beaten to death" previously. I will certainly be more careful in the future when I have a general question.

Kindest Regards to all

Don't worry about it, some people just need to cool down a little.

I just wanted to say i like your username. I hope you are truly a fan of the DC8 as i am. I'm sure most of the people on the forum have no problem with you bringing up the NW topic. Welcome to this forum.

Welcome! Yeah don't worry about it. Some people are so crazy about bashing people who do stuff like that...they just need to calm down, really.

My apoligies as well. My post certainly wasn't intended in a hostile way, though it definitely came across as that. I did jump the gun in suggesting deletion for the post, and made an ass of myself by posting in the manner I did. I slipped up here, and it's completely my mistake.

I knew that Deecee8 (cool name, BTW) had joined the forum 45 minutes prior to posting, and my post was mainly intended to inform him/her of the search function while narrowing down the amount of active NW DC-10 replacement strings to, oh, about 10.   If my tone came across as short, it certainly wasn't intended to be that way, and my sincere apoligies to those involved. I didn't mean to bite anyone's head off.

And I'm not really an "impatient creep", SEVEN_FIFTY7, though I can come across as one once in a while.
