I think what you are looking for is not the loads but Availability:-

Capacity - Booked = Availability

It's as simple as ABC!

Both flights are wide open

Bon voyages!

BA776 01 Sep is scheduled to be a B757. which is very unusual in the summer.
Also BA783 03 Sep is going to be a CFM A320. also unusual for ARN.
In the summer ARN gets about 5 B757 a month and 1 CFM A320, and you are flying on both!

Great, Alan, but you have still not given loads . . . you've given capacity and booked!

Cheers!

Geez, picky-picky!

Okay, there will be 2 flight-deck crew, 5 cabin crew, around 12,500kgs of fuel, 1600kgs of baggage, 200kg of mail, possibly around 800kg of cargo and around 50 passengers.

Is that the 'load'?

As a Dispatcher - of course it is!

Absolutely nothing about being picky. What do you think the OP is looking for? Not your Load Sheet, not the pax load, but don't you think, like all of us, the question is: What sort of chances do I have of being accepted on the flights?

That's Availability, or quite simply, will there be a seat for me?

Hence my original comments in response which totally answered the man's question!

It's called Identifying the needs and requirements of the prospective passenger. You get that from experience in Sales and Marketing.

As I said originally, in the example given, availability figures show that both flights are wide open!

Bon Voyages, and don't forget to close door 1L before closing the cargo doors so as to get an 'on-time' departure!

I'll remember that, unless it's a 747, 757, 767 or 777 boarding through 2L!  Smile

Now - who's being 'picky'? I'm sure you know what I meant without giving the ACARS reason!

Cheers!
