My partner just happened to tune into"The Rescue of Flight 308". I've never seen it before, but since when does a 767 have a three-man flight deck crew? Last I checked, doesn't NZ have First Class on their 767's? And since when can a Cessna fly for 14hrs? I could go on, but you get the idea...   I guess only aviation geeks notice this stuff.

I've heard of several. Usually they use a waterbed for a fuel cell, minimum equipment in the panel, and cargo they don't want to run through Customs.

I don't understand everything I don't know about this.

There was a CSI-episode where it is not clear whether it is 767 or a 737.It shows a 737 sometimes a 767. It is than an BBJ but later on the ground it has obviously a huge cargo door since there is a car and a horse inside.

All those sitcoms have strange aircrafts. Big grin

There actually were several three man 767s. Ansett had to order them because of the union.

I think virtually all aviation movies have these mistakes. If you go on IMDB.com they list all the goofs. All Aviation movies have several with regards to the plane.
