Was wondering if any used commercial aircraft sell at or near their original purchase price, given the steep price increase and extended delivery of new aircraft. I realize used and new are not the same and a lot of factors come into play that determine the market on used birds. But I know in some other areas (Construction Equipment, Material Handling, etc.), certain used items can sell for more than their original cost. Pardon if this has been discussed recently.

There are several internet site with listings of all the aircraft in the world for sale and way too many sales companies trying to push these airplanes. If you look on a search engine, without naming any names, there are two to three really good on line sources of aircraft for sale. Right now it is a buyers market for some types of aircraft and a sellers market for other types in both commercial and corporate aviation.
