UX could be right now in talks with Boeing in order to get a order for the new 787-8. I got the source from a pilot and F/A.
Hidalgo, CEO of Globalia, the company who owns Air Europa is not very happy with Airbus due to A-350 affair.

In addition to that, "Diario de Mallorca" tells today Air Europa will buy a 787 fligh simulator, the first one in Europe >"Además, anunció que ampliará en 8.000 metros cuadrados el edificio de Llucmajor, y traerá dos nuevos simuladores de vuelo, de última generación, uno de ellos corresponde a un Boeing 787, que será el primero que funcione en Europa."<

...at the end, maybe we will see the 787 as a 767 replacement in the Air Europa fleet.

Most of the Air Europa 767's have already gone. Think there is only one left?
They now have four A330's, So are you saying the 787 would replace these?

UX has right now 3 767-300ER and 4 330-200 (3 via ILFC) + 33 single aisle aircraft 737-800 + 31 on order.

The 767 will be the first fleet to be replaced, that's for sure.

In my opinion is very meaningful that UX will buy a 787 flight simulator.

What do you want for a 787 simulator if you don't have any purpose for purcharsing any 787?
