Don't quote me on this but I wouldn't bet on it. The MD-11 is Deltas only real modern long-range aircraft (there isthe L1011 too, but there days are numbered). With Deltas deferal of the triple 7 that only leaves the MD-11. True Delta is planning on buying the 767-400, but that's not a true ultra-long range aircraft. So I think Delta's MD-11 is going to be around for a while or until Delta wises up figures out a deal with their pilots and gets the triple 7.
