Yesterday I saw a Malev 767 at Newark International Airport (EWR), what I would like to know is are they gonna start schedule services here or was that just a charter flight.

No, they have no plan to start service AFAIK.

Tjey recently purchased the Boeing 767-3P6ER HA-LHD to supplment their two Boeing 767-27Gs.

The airline is currently in process of selection of an alliance.

They do fly to JFK, but I saw them at Newark the other day for some reason.
