SAS has grounded all its Dash-8 Q400, as a result of last weeks problems with the type.
September 9th the RH leg didn't lock in the "out" position when landing at Aalborg, Denmark, causing a fire when the plane rolled over. Sep 12th another Q400 had a similar accident at Vilnius, Lithuania, avoiding fire though. In between these accidents two other planes have been diverted back to the start airport due to other problems. Even before this the Q400 has been something of a problem child for SAS.

Has any other airlines experienced troubles like these, or are they SAS-specific for the type?

How can anyone not fly, when we live at a time when we can fly?
