Yes they are it's just that they had so much of a rush for the holiday season so they are just trying to sort themselves out.

The new JM service starts Feb. 15. It willl operate 6 times weekly from BOS to MBJ and connect to their othe Caribbean destinations.

They will use a A320 on the route.

Yes, February 15 is the magic date. This new service was launched in November 2000 and uses the A320 released by the closure of their short-lived Port of Spain service. It is part of JM's plan to offer the widest range of services from North America to the Caribbean, via their Montego Bay hub. The February start was deliberate as their increased seasonal traffic at Christmas saw them use the A320 to MIA and JFK from MBJ and KIN.

If they are wanting to increase their services in North America, is there any chance of them coming to Montreal or Toronto? I don't seem to remember them flying to Toronto yet.

They currently have a successful codeshare with Air Canada out of Toronto. However expect service from Houston very soon.

Will the new BOS-MBJ be codeshare with Delta? I know that DL and JM already codeshare on some routes (ATL-MBJ, JFK-MBJ) and given that DL is trying to expand its presence in BOS it would seem to make sense.

There is will be no codeshare with DL on the BOS-MBJ route.*note* JM also codeshares with DL out of MIA.

Just a note: JM also codeshares with DL on the JFK-BGI-UVF (JFK - Barbados - St. Lucia) route.
