Your Help Please: Who Handles Air India At LHR

I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me who handles Air India at Heathrow Airport. I need to make a very important enquiry and would be grateful for your help.....I think it is Aviance, but I am not too sure.

Er no, Air India was awful to handle.
Its all about money at the end of the day. Good luck to Globeground, or whatever they are called now...
