My wife just got back from vacation and commented that while she was waiting for her return flight that there was an attempted robbery at the Chilis at MCO. It was apparently inside the secured area and the person that robbed the place had come in through a back door. The robbery was foiled but it just seems odd that this could happen. Has anyone heard anything about this? Said it would have happened around 1pm on Sunday.

That would make a lot more sense. Just seems stupid to attempt something like that in an area with so much security.

Doesn't matter if its right next to security or a mile away, its still stupid to do it during the daytime when MCO is starting to rev up to peak hours.

The chilis is not in a secured area. It is in the main terminal BEFORE security.
