I thought it was going to be broken up in MIA, but look what I found on Skyliner!

With N194AT another TriStar has been ferried via Lisbon to Amman. The aircraft is expected to operate shortly Hajj charters.

it seems the Hadj flights are sheltering more and more of these birds
last time I was in COO (Cotonou, Africa) there was one L1011 parked in the middle of old 732
it is used by a middle east company for charters and Hadj flights
well, that's an improvement because I also saw on the same airport an Ilyushin IL86 in "average" condition 5 years ago

Yes, it made a great "fuzz" here in LIS seeing this good old "lady"....we still see a few "short body" 500 series, but the longer one it's been years since I last saw it...maybe still from TW times!
