I think that award would have to go to Varig, who, I think, operates 75 daily flights on the Sao Paulo-Rio Di Janeiro shuttle.

At one point, I believe Shuttle by United had 90 roundtrips a day between LA and San Francisco. I'm not sure if that includes both SF area airports and all the LA airports.

Aviation Daily says Varig just added more Santos Dumont-Congonhas flights to bring the both-ways total to, sure enough, 75 for that airport-pair. United used to have a few more than that on LAX-SFO, but it seems they've cut back to about 60. So can anybody beat Varig on a single airport-pair?
