Does anyone know what routes Compass is flying with the E170? Is it just MSP-IAD? What future routes will be introduced?

I'm wondering why I keep seeing Compass planes at my airport. Is it for crew training? They come here at almost the same time every day - just like a regular flight. I dont think we're getting Compass service though. If these are training flights why so many of them?

Correct; it's been operating for +/- a month now. Your "neighbors" in MSN will be seeing one with the December schedule change....

Don't forget YVR. 7:50 roundtrip block time and apparently pax don't complain on being on an RJ for that long. My buddy works over there and loves it.

I was checking out the MSN December flights and did not see it. Any idea on the times for that flight? Looks like MSN will really be getting all NW types here. DC-9s, 320, 319, CR2, CR9, E170. Also will the new LGA flight be CR2 or CR9?

I would think around Mid-December. That is when DTW will start seeing them and that is when more a/c will come online.

I was in DCA the other day and a CR9 was operating DCA-MSN...

The E175 really doesn't feel like an RJ. However E175 service to YVR hasn't started yet. Its scheduled to start the 15th of October, but still has yet to be approved by the government.

MEM wont see them for a while, since most of the E175's wont come to NW until next year.

Yes both MSN and DSM to DCA are CR9's.

For LGA CR2, MSN has CR9 service to DCA and MSP. They took out the E175's from MSN schedule, it looks as if they will no longer get it. For a little bit around christmas (after UW gets out of school) MSN-MSP schedule quite frankly is mostly RJ's with two mainline flights before going back to normal in mid January.

Anyone know what routes will be the first to start out of MEM and DTW? Also, what about the first routes for Mesaba's CRJ-900s out of these cities?

Out of curiosity, any chance for DTW-TUS on either of these aircraft?

It will be used on the 1200 MSP turn. As for the other types, MSN usually sees a "bit of everything," so that's business as usual.

It's back ( at least it was yesterday anyway); it'll do the 1200 MSN-MSP turn.

4 of 6 of the originators are M/L (MEM and LGA are CR2's). Then most of the MSP turn flights in the afternoon are CRJ's (both -900 and -200).
