Hi there.
With UA refurbishing its long-haul fleet with bulky new First & Business Suites, will the little old (and good old, might I add) 763s be restricted on where they can fly to i.e. mainly 8-10 hour flights? The reason I ask is because AC's refurbished 763s are payload restricted due to the weight of the new lie-flat J beds.
Please note I'm not trying to bash the 763, its one of my favourite planes.
And also, Just thought I'd ask, although looking at the new seatmaps it doesn't appear likely, will the old J seats be moved into Economy Plus? Would be a good idea if you ask be but I suppose its yet more weight for the A/C, isn't it.

If I recall correctly, United's entire longhaul fleets are gaining coach seat numbers AND a new premium product. It is reasonable to assume their performance limits will get stricter. Exactly which flights this affects comes down to UA experts. I'd think their LAX-SYD and ORD-HKG on 744 will get stricter for example.

The seats will be heavier, but there will be less of them, so it might just balance out.

Oh didn't know that, does this mean flights like TLV will have load restrictions etc?

No. The economy plus seats are exactly that, economy seats with more room. T put the old J seats in there would make no viable sense whatsoever.
