DSA-PRG is also going. Another seemingly successful route
This is all to do with the First Choice merger and refocusing on charters. The B737-300's dont fit in with this, although I suspect they would have axed these JER routes anyway - DSA-PRG could be done with a B738 (maybe with one less flight a week) yet is being axed anyway

Alas, once again CWL is the victim of a lost route. WW does fly to JER from here but only goes once weekly if I am correct. This is the name of the rationalisation game these days though.

Its not just Jersey that has been cut...
Luton was becoming a nice little scheduled hub for ThomsonFly for their London customers, flying to niche destinations where other LCC at Luton have not gone. But the cuts have been quite far reaching and the following have been given the chop:
Prague (ends Oct 07)
Dubrovnik (ends Oct 07)
Jersey (end Oct 07)
Marrakech (ends Jan 08)
All of these routes were on sale a few weeks ago, going into the winter period, but have all been withdrawn. I know the JER, PRG and DBV routes have been selling very well. Also ThomsonFly have been competing on the RAK route for over 2yrs now and both have maintained good loads, so seems weird they are pulling out of this route now...
With First Choice no longer basing an A320 at LTN next summer, and integrating their flights with the ThomsonFly routes along with the loss of the scheduled routes this is quite a major cut back at LTN...
Be interesting to see how long the LTN-TLV route will last, passenger numbers do not seem to be a problem as this route was supposed to fly with a 738 and has been upgraded to a 752 throughout the winter.

RAK and DBV going surprises me since they also carry passengers for Thomson Holidays. Are you sure DBV isnt coming back for next summer? Its normally a seasonal route
