Ethiopian Airlines operated briefly an ex: USAF C-121A 48-0616 with registration ET-T-35. That plane was in full Ethiopian Airlines colours and it was donated in April 1957, 3 months latter that plane forced landed in the desert 49 kms from Kartoum, capital of Sudan. If anyone in this forum can add more information about this aircraft I would be delighted, was this plane used only by the ethipian Imperor Haile Selassie? Was it used also by Ethiopian in regular flights? Did anyone died in the crash?
I wait your feedback!
