Hi,
With the recent announcement of US pulling down
service at PIT, is the airline still planning
on basing a Flight Ops Center there?
Anyone hear any news?

Thanks

I thought I saw a thread on here a month or so ago saying that US halted construction.

But in the same thread which discussed, US PIT plans, an article was mentioned stating that US still has plans to build and operate they Ops there.

The center is still moving forward -- they broke ground late last month.

Is the center going on that dirt lot right next to Ewing Road near Scally's in front of 28L/10R? There's also some long road that juts out of Ewing Rd. that's new, along with sidewalks and a widening of the road.
