FIRST DELIVERY: 2 Days to go. ENTRY INTO SERVICE: 12 Days to go.
It has been a somewhat bumpy road for the A380 program, but thankfully in less then two days the first A380 will be officially handed over to launch customer Singapore Airlines. Since its launch the A380 program, has managed to gather a total of 210 orders and commitments, and has suffered a total of 20 cancellations from FedEx and UPS for the freighter version, due to the revised delivery schedule.

wow, that crosswind landing is cool. i hadn't seen that one before. That video makes it look like a gentle giant. You see planes like a 737 doing those landings, but when you see the a380(or 747) for that matter, it makes it look nuts they can 'throw' it around like that.
