Last weekend I was in Paris and met a friend who is working for UAL there. He told me he was on the tarmac when the 20 year-old B747-200 of Cameroon Airlines broke its neck two months ago. The aircraft has been removed to a remote area and will most likely be scrapped now though currently that process has not yet begun. I saw also the leased-in Cameroon 767 parked near Terminal 1 there.
Sad to know another exotic Jumbo has gone.

I was up at the Boeing plant at Everett last Friday and saw a 763 for Cameroon Airlines, TJ-CAC. It came in after lunch after a test flight so it must be delivered soon. I also saw the El Al 777 but that's a different story. The777Man
