With SQ finally making the first A380 regular passenger fight, I have to say coagulation to them. This was a truly history making flight, the first airliner bigger than Boeing 747 on regular service, now that's history! With SQ owning Boeing 747s, Boeing super size quad jet, and Airbus A340, Airbus smaller quad jet, it is nice to see them with Airbus super size quad jet, the A380. With those sky sweets SQ Airbus A380 are not fully air buses.
PS: I was not trying to disrespect the Airbus Aircraft industry with that last sentience, I was referring to a flying bus.

Haha. Well done to SQ and Airbus for FINALLY getting this flight over and done with. SQ must be relieved, its been quite a wait, 24 months worth of waiting...

Well yes it is good news, though to be honest it has operated what only 2 flights so far, so regularly scheduled service might be a stretch....
But seriously, it's good to see the A380 finally in service, even if it's only one for now. Can't wait til she makes some calls on the North American west coast (in revenue service that is). Will be worth the road trip from SEA to see her whether it be SFO, LAX or up to YVR (see you there Ms. Harlot!)
