Last week (October 20th), I noticed a Singapore 744 on the apron in Dublin. I figured that SQ must have started service to or from DUB rather recently, since I hadn't heard anythong about it yet. Wehen I checked in the SQ website however, I could not find an indication that SQ flies to DUB at all.
Does anybody know whether SQ actually flies to DUB or not? And if they don't, what was one of their 744s doing there?

They operate a cargo flight to Zurich (I think it's Zurich anyway). But it;s definetley not a scheduled passenger flight. Could be a diversion, although diversions usually land at Shannon.

As PhilSquares said in Reply #5, SQ operate three scheduled cargo flights per week into DUB. They have been running this service for a few years now, operating via Copenhagen/Sharjah.

Alas, I completely forgot about the cargo aircraft. I was pretty far away and couldn't have told for sure whether it was a passenger aircraft or not. I didn't even consider any other option.
Well, then that probably explains it. Thanks so much!
