YXE normally gets a 2x daily D93 service to MSP. Weekend service this week has been bumped to 2x daily 752 to accommodate the annual fall hunting season. I presume this will continue thru November. Last few weekends have seen the D95. Even nearby YQR Regina has seen the 2x daily CRJ upgraded to D93 on recent weekends. NW mainline operates more flights to YXE/YQR than even AC.
Nice to see larger NW in smaller CDN cities! Shows a focus on responding to local demand. Other than YXE, the NW 752 has long been absent from Cdn skies.
AC has also upgraded 2 of the 4 daily YYZ-YXE from the CR9 to the 319 on weekends this fall. Not sure if this is in response to just hunting demand. I presume not....hunting is not a big pass time for YYZ'ers.
Panam, TWA, Ansett, Eastern.......AC next? Might be good for Canada.

Up here in YQU, we've had tons of hunters comming through ( I'm staying with a company called Blue Sky Outfitters), and they have tones of people through, even going to YEG (4 hours drive). I'd like to know if NW has bumped up the A/C, because I know most of them fly in on NW.
