Hi,

Just wondering will AT ever upgrade their product ? For example will they ever put in Personal IFE's in long-haul economy ? or upgrade their current business class to Next-gen lie-flats ?

Also When AT Receives its new 787s will they have Personal IFE's in economy and possibly lie-flats in business ?

I think these factors are what put RAM behind most european carriers, if they could make these improvements i think they could have a better chance of joining an alliance like oneworld or star alliance. This will truly make CMN a hub to west Africa.

Regards

One thing RAM does do well is catering. Unlike SK or IB, they provide meals on most flights and complimentary drinks service. In this regard they are way above some European and US airlines.

Thats true, but SK and IB provide meals on long-haul services.....and that is the downfall of AT in the long haul sector. I would rather fly AT to MAD and then transit onto IB to JFK rather than flying direct CMN-JFK. The IFE on AT long-haul usually consists of a french or english movie and is usually shown by a pop-down screen near the ailes.

I thinks RAM's product in short-med haul is quiet good and i should have made this clear......Its just RAM's long-haul product which need some work.

I accept that. RAMs short/medium haul is better than many European and US carriers and I always sense a great national pride from the cabin crew who fly for AT. I like the airline and the country very much.

I guess almost every Moroccan anywhere in the world has pride for their home country. I may have been born and bred in the UK but both my parents are Moroccan.....i go there every couple of months and its a great place to be in. I would defiantly recommend Morocco as a great Holiday destination and i guess the moroccan experience starts with AT.

Thanks
