Royal's Tristars are gone. Currently they're flying A310's (4), 757's (3), and 737-200's (9). They also seem to be in the process of adding more 732's (also note that some of their 737's are in all-cargo layout).
Air Transat has L-1011's (have 15, actually added one or two -500's last year although some of the older ones are going to go. Also, I'm not sure if all 15 aircraft shown on the register are flying), 757's (5), A330's (2 -200's, 1 -300), and is adding 6 A310's (1 is already in service).
Canada3000 has 757's (5), A330-200's (4), and A320's (8, although I believe 2 of them are just for the winter on lease from Monarch). Also, C3 has 9 (I think it was) A319's on order.

There are also rumours circulating that C3 was ordering some A340's from SIA to do some Polar routes to India.
Royal also used to have 727-200's, and in the winter time you can catch a 737-400 in virgin express colours, with Air Transat titles, leased for the busy wintertime.
