Hi, i have an project to for a management science module, and would like some raw data. Is there anywhere i could get fleet utilisation data (whether the airline is operating at maximium utilasation), or aircraft turnaround time data (whether it is as quick as it could be), or any data similar which can be tested.
I dont have any airline contacts, but maybe some of you can point me in the right direction, i could make the data up if nothign materialises, i have a couple of months, so im in no hurry, just brainstorimg at the moment.
Thanks
Amo

Maximum utilization isn't a defined parameter; the only way to know what the maximum utilization is is to actually do it and, even then, you never know if someone else could do better. That said, the OEM's all have utilization data by operator, so you can compare between operators. Contact the Communication department of the companies you're interested in and see if they can give you scrubbed data.

You might want to check this thread. This is one of a series of threads made by HB-IWC comparing fleet utilitisation of several airlines / planetypes. I do not have time to search the links of the other threads, but no doubt you will find them using the search function. I found the below thread in under a minute.
