I´m wondering if DHL is still flying cargo in Convair 580s? I remember seeing one here at Helsinki a couple of years ago and I tried to look this out from their site, but I couldn´t find anything about their fleet. If they are flying them where are they based and what are their normal routes? I´d like to get a closer look on one of them!Thanks again!

I happen to work dor DHL in Belgium and I can confirm you that the Convair 580 is still flying for DHL. Every weekend, especially on Sunday during the day, the Convair 580 is standing rather remoted at Brussels airport near the Abelag-building. Which routes they fly, I can not tell you immeadetally but I will inform myself and will get back to you.

The DHL Convair 580s are still flying.
I come a lot at Brussels and there I see them many times. Some of the Convairs got Spanish Reg.numbrs because they are leased to Swift Air in Spain.
