Air Peru To Dulles, Miami

New airline Air Peru might be ready for take-off. They have reached an agreement with Primaris Airlines to operate 757 flights from Lima to Miami and Dulles. The flight will operate as "scheduled charters" at first, which for all essential purposes is a scheduled flight (like AeroSur's Miami flights operated by Ryanair). No details on anything else, let's see if this comes to fruition as soon as they hope:
