What do you guys feel is the best aviation magazine available??? I tend to lean towards Flight International and Aviation Week and Space Technology, and away from the "pictures" magazines. Anyway, what are your favorites? Thanks.

Flight International and AW&ST are the best mags. I agree w/ Pedros.

Well right now I have three subscriptions to Aviation magazines. Airliner World (British), Airliners (American), and Airways (American). Of those three I would have to agree that Airliner World is the best. It is expensive (I think its like 75.00 dollars US) for 12 issues. There is a good balance of pictures and articles in Airliner World. Second would probably be Airways for their articles, and then Airliners.

I think that it's a toss up between Airliners and Airways-when I can find them.
I have seen airliner world, and while it's ok if you are interested in reading about Yak 40's flying in Botswana, and drooling over a cover story featuring China Southern opening new nonstop service between Guangzhou (sp?) and Bombay, using Vickers Viscounts, that's fine. But that's not exactly my cup of tea. I prefer to read about JetBlue, National, and Midway with an occasional tribute to PSA and AirCal thrown in for a nice well rounded mix.
As for which country puts out the "best" airliner mags, I think that's open to debate and subject to ones personal taste. So don't start spouting off like that. K?
